High pressure is caused by cool air sinking and getting warmer,there are no clouds and rain.summer=no rain,hot,light winds but settled weather.
winter=frost in the morning,clear blue skys,cold but no rain.
The air moves clockwise!!!!(can't find a good video,is there a good website)
